EASTER BUNNY MARACAS

These maracas or rattles make such cute gifts. Plus they are fun to create with the kids. Kids love to use them while singing and dancing around. These contain small materials that may come off easily. Please keep away from babies or infants.

Materials:

craft glue
sewing needle
plastic spoon
plastic egg
white pipe cleaner
tbsp of beads
10 mm googly eyes (pair)
7 mm pink pom pom
2 - .75 white pom poms
ribbon

Directions:

1. Use a sewing needle to make 2 holes on top of the egg (small end).
2. Put a tablespoon of beads inside the egg.
3. Glue the egg to a spoon (small size up).
4. Glue eyes in the middle of the top half of the egg.
5. Glue pink pom pom with 2 white pom poms under in the middle of the egg.
6. Push in the ends of the pipe cleaner in the holes on top of the egg.
7. Push in the middle down and glue in between the ends.
8. Tie ribbon to the neck of the spoon.

* If you do not have old beads, you can use dried beans, popcorn kernels, rice or old buttons.
* Glue dots can be used; but, items aren't as secure and they are so hard to get off the paper.

Enjoy this craft.
