EASTER CANDY GUESSING GAME

Guessing games are a fun activity for a holiday party. Their premise is usually pretty simple. Guess how many candies are in a container (without going over).

These are cute little bottles I found at the Dollar Store. Just adorable.

Supplies to make game:

clear container
candy
pencil
guessing sheet
Prize (can be container with candy in it)

Directions to make the game:

1. Fill the container with candy while keeping the count.
2. Write the number of candies on a piece of paper and keep it hidden from all others.
3.Place the candy container in the middle of the room.
4. Set a sheet and a pencil near the jar.

Directions to play the game:

1. Have each person come up and take a look at the container.
2. Have them examine the container and write their name and guess on the paper.
3. Look over the sheet. Find the individual/s with the correct answer or amount closest without going over.
4. Announce winner: show the answer slip.
5. Hand out prize.

* If there are more than one person with the correct answer just pick out a name; like in a raffle.
* Change difficulty levels with different size containers &/or candies.
* You can add a math aspect. Make clues to the answer.
Ex.:
1. One of the 3 digits is a even number.
2. If you add all 3 digits the total is divisible by 2.
3. If divide the total by 5, amount is greater than 20.
* You can hand out separate sheets of paper. I found out this is kind of difficult.  It is hard to collect all the sheets of paper & be able to read them.

Enjoy this game. Have fun.
